Interrupted Passage explores the complex and diverse history of California, specifically focusing on the transfer of Alta California from Mexico to the United States in the mid 1800’s. 

The project re-visits and examines Mexican General Mariano Guadalupe Vallejo’s final hours in power and the feast that was given by Vallejo during the negotiations of the last 8 hours of when California was Mexico.
